Shasta County Memories: A Photographic History | 1800s-1930s

The Shasta Historical Society and Record Searchlight have come together to create this pictorial history book, telling the story of the northernmost part of California.

There are more than 300 photos in this book featuring the people who first settled in this area, the building of villages and towns, to local sporting events and resources. Photos were submitted by local historical organizations as well as community members.
